ARE WE…?
Jim Foster and Judy Gray founded
Ski Dazzle® The Los Angeles Ski Show & Snowboard Expo®
in 1979. They own and have produced this show continuously
since its inception 25 years ago.
Ski Dazzle® - Los Angeles is
one of the largest and most successful consumer shows in the
nation and among the TOP THREE annual shows held at the Los
Angeles Convention Center each year (Auto Show; Boat Show; Ski
Dazzle® !) and attracts an average of
80,000-90,000+ consumers each year.
CONSUMER SHOWS
The Producers are professionals
with more than twenty-seven years in consumer show and event
production experience. They have staged "live" and televised
events at the Los Angeles Convention Center, Los Angeles Coliseum,
Long Beach Convention Center, Phoenix Convention Facility, San
Francisco Cow Palace, San Mateo County Fairgrounds, San Diego
Convention Center, San Jose Convention Center and Cal Expo in
Sacramento.
TELEVISION
The Producers created two weekly
"magazine format", travel/sport television shows called "Sport
Scene" and "Ski Scene" which aired nationally on cable
stations nationally from1985 to 1989 and was hosted by Grant
Goodeve, star of "Eight Is Enough".
OTHER EXPERIENCE
Concurrent with producing Ski
Dazzle®, the Producers founded the largest television video
editing post-production facility south of Los Angeles in 1992.
Orange County Post Production edited television commercials
for network broadcast and cable stations for clients such as:
Ralphs, Alpha Beta, Jack-In-The-Box, Chevrolet, Mail Boxes Etc.,
Big Bertha Golf, Time-Life Video, Braun and Toyota,
just to name a few.
Lastly, the Producers are both
seasoned World Travelers.
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE
Jim Foster led groups to Europe
each winter for 10-day ski trips for twelve years and recently
guided groups to Turkey. He has visited more than twenty (21)
Countries…so far!
Judy Gray was an active travel
agent for 12 years after graduating from the ASTA agent training
program. She went on to founding her own agency specializing in
winter ski and adventure travel domestically and internationally.
She is a veteran of more than forty-seven (47) cruises and has
visited more than eighty-two (82) Countries…so far!
