Chicagoland residents are
even invited to bring their good condition used ski and
snowboard equipment and place it in the “Used Equipment
Area” in the Sale. Public Registration of used equipment
is located inside the show. After you buy your admission
ticket, take your equipment
to the “Sale and Swap”
to fill out the “consignment merchandise” forms.There
is a 15% charge ONLY if your item is actually sold at
the Million-Dollar Ski and Snowboard Sale and Swap.

OLYMPIC MEDALIST & WORLD CUP CHAMPION – TOMMY MOE
Tommy Moe became
the first American male to win two medals in one
Olympiad. His love for skiing started when he strapped
on his first pair of skis at age three. Raised in
Missoula, Montana, he began winning several Junior World
Champion titles in his teens, then became known
throughout the world when he took both the Gold Medal in
the Downhill and the Silver Medal in Super G in the 1994
Olympics. Not one to rest after that exciting victory, a
few weeks later he dominated World Cup news by winning
the Super G. Tommy is a great supporter of skiers of all
ages and levels and serves as Special Ambassador for
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort,
the place he has called "home" for the past 10 years.

will offer free ski lessons for adults
and children on a Giant indoor ski school ramp right at
the show! Bring a beginner to the show and
Boyne Mountain
instructors will give them their first lesson on “the
hill”! This is a great way to put a friend or family
member on the road to skiing. Free ski ramp lessons are
sponsored by The Daily Herald newspaper and
include all the necessary equipment and professional
instruction from Boyne Mountain
Resort.
In addition, Camp Sagawau
Nordic will have a
custom XC course set up and will provide all equipment,
giving FREE XC lessons to all ages and abilities, right
at the show. They will also be awarding prizes of 2 for
1 lift passes and use of equipment.
BMX BIKE & BOARD STUNT SHOW WITH ZACK
“CATFISH” YANKUSH FROM THE X-GAMES
Whether you “Ride, Slide or Glide” you’ll enjoy the
exciting BMX Bike & Skateboard Stunt Show with
daily performances at Ski Dazzle.
The show’s MC and featured performer is Zack “Catfish”
Yankush, who has just returned from a world tour with
the X Games & Mountain Dew Action Sports Tour.
Zack is 32 Years old, originally from Youngstown, Ohio
and has been riding professionally since 1996.
Considered “the Voice of BMX”, he announces every major
BMX competition in the world including the last 4
X-games. “Catfish” is an all around rider who can
adapt to any terrain and has appeared in over 20 major
BMX videos and events in Singapore, Germany, China,
Japan, Russia, France, and throughout the U.S.
Another featured rider is Brett Banasiewicz. Brett is
the youngest person to do a back flip on a BMX bike. He
pulled his first flip when he was just 9. He’s 12 now
and has been traveling extensively this year. Brett has
been riding for DK bikes for 5 years. More info on these

CLIMBING WALL
Visitors to the show have a
FREE chance to try their hand (and feet!) on the 20 foot
high rock climbing wall right on the show floor!
Presented as another pre-season fitness and conditioning
discipline that is also great fun, professionally
trained instructors from 3N1 Productions
will be on hand to make the climb safe and easy for
children, as well as, adults. This is a great “photo op”
so bring your friends, your family and your cameras.

more, with proceeds benefiting CMSC charities and
